Founder & Principal Engineer – ELISOF Engineering MSc Mechanical Engineering, ETH Zurich With more than 20 years of experience in mechatronic systems, functional safety, and product industrialization, Mustafa Oezbas combines Swiss precision with hands-on technical leadership. Before founding ELISOF, he led high-impact projects at Thales, Johnson Electric, COMET ebeam, and ROMAG aquacare, bridging R&D and industrial reality.
Driven by curiosity and responsibility, he believes that innovation must be reliable – and that every product should be designed for safety, manufacturability, and sustainability from the very beginning. His approach merges engineering discipline, clear communication, and cross-functional collaboration to help clients achieve measurable results efficiently and safely.
